Terms of Service

1. Welcome to Bligo

Bligo Network ("Bligo," "we," "us") is a trust-based professional and social networking platform operated by White Plains Property Management LLC, based in New York. By creating an account or using Bligo, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Who Can Use Bligo

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bligo. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to create an account. One person, one account — duplicate or fake accounts may be removed without notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. How You May Use Bligo

Bligo is designed for genuine professional and social networking. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information about yourself
  • Treat other members with respect
  • Use the platform for its intended purpose — connecting with real people
  • Follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically collect data from Bligo without written permission
  • Use Bligo to spam, phish, or distribute malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Bligo systems
  • Use the platform to promote illegal activity or sell prohibited goods/services
  • Create multiple accounts or automated bot accounts without authorization

6. Your Content

You own the content you post on Bligo — your posts, messages, profile information, and uploaded media. By posting content, you grant Bligo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to operate the platform. You can delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from public view promptly (though cached copies may persist briefly).

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything you don't have the right to share.

7. AI Features and Signals

Bligo uses AI to analyze your profile, match you with relevant connections, and verify skills through signal analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge that AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be treated as suggestions, not facts. Your signal confidence scores are generated algorithmically based on network interactions and are not endorsements by Bligo.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Bligo, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or are inactive for more than 12 months. We will try to give notice before termination when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

10. Third-Party Services

Bligo may integrate with third-party services (AI assistants, email providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bligo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of matches, or that the platform will meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bligo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bligo, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.
